- Sibanyejobs is not a recruitment agency and does not directly place or employ candidates.
- We do not charge fees to job seekers or employers for access to listings.
- Employers manage their own hiring processes independently of Sibanyejobs.
8. User Responsibilities and Conduct
By using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Post or transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes intellectual property rights.
- Harvest or scrape data, or reverse‑engineer any part of the Site.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
We may investigate and take legal action against anyone who violates these Terms.
9. User Content License
