  1. Sibanyejobs is not a recruitment agency and does not directly place or employ candidates.
  2. We do not charge fees to job seekers or employers for access to listings.
  3. Employers manage their own hiring processes independently of Sibanyejobs.

8. User Responsibilities and Conduct

By using the Site, you agree not to:

  1. Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  2. Post or transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes intellectual property rights.
  3. Harvest or scrape data, or reverse‑engineer any part of the Site.
  4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems.
  5. Impersonate another person or entity.

We may investigate and take legal action against anyone who violates these Terms.
